***UPDATE MAY 12TH
Dear Members & Guests,
First of all, we would like to thank you for all of your support during this COVID19 pandemic. As you all may have heard Governor McMaster has effectively lifted a few mandated recommendations such as opening up the indoor dining area and with that it has allowed golf courses to lift the restrictions on the golf carts rule of 1 person per cart. Oak Hills Golf Club will slowly transition back to normalcy in planned phases.
The Grill: The indoor dinning at our Oak Hills Grill will be available for dining-in with few restrictions. We’ll allow no more than 8 customers per table and all tables will be separated 6-8 ft apart. We please ask everyone not to congregate around 1 table. Same rule will apply for outdoor dining.
We will still continue to ask to leave the flagstick in. All sand rakes, water coolers, and sand bottles will still be removed from the golf course. Scorecards and pencil will be given out at request only.
Phase 1 – Effective immediately through May 24th we’ll allow any players who wish to ride together in the same cart. We will continue to offer single players to take a single cart upon request.
Phase 2 – May 25th through May 31st, we’ll allow any players who wish to ride together in the same cart. We will only offer single player per cart based on availability during our twilight hours starting at 2PM.
Phase 3 - June 1st and moving forward, we’ll try to go back to normalcy. All players will be mandated to ride together, 2 players per cart. All sand rakes, sand bottles will be placed back on the course.
*We’ll continue to allow walking during all hours of operations.
*All spectators will be required to walk at all times.
*All phases are subject to change based upon Governor McMaster’s recommendations.
*The Grill – Terms will be subject to change based on state DHEC requirements.
Once again, we are very thankful to have all of your support and being patient with was during this pandemic. We’ll continue to strive our best to keep our customers and staff safe as possible.
